      This is a world class organization. I consider myself so fortunate to be at Power. I have worked both union and non-union and here at Power you are treated as an adult and rewarded commensurately. They encourage personal & professional growth, support my professional dreams & aspirations. Power is committed to safety at the workplace and given all the tools to succeed. Upper management supports and will defend you.

      In the testing side of the house, due to circumstances outside of the company's control you have to be flexible about your work schedule.

      Sometimes managers can get in your way, but it just takes working to find the right one to help. Diversity can be better, but this is an industry issue.

      Pros

      POWER really cares about it's employees, culture is an important part of the day to day work and I am really excited to see where my career will go within the company.

      Cons

      The open concept work environment has been a struggle and I hope that some adjustments are made.
