Pros
Better than average pay for area, excellent benefits. Great company stability/security. Positioned to take advantage of growing markets in renewable energy. I love what I do and this company DOES provide a lot of opportunity overall. Only benefit of COVID is that we now have the ability to work from home and POWER has the technology to support it.
Cons
Top levels of company seem well managed, but not so much at local level. Disorganized and micromanaged from regional level. Seems bad employees never get fired. Good employees don't get enough recognition or opportunity for advancement. Review policies are poor and don't seem very well thought out for such a large company.
