      Great Company - Overhead Transmission Line Department

      Pros

      Everything about the company itself is a "pro". Everyone at POWER is friendly, helpful, and welcoming to new recruits. They're onboarding process went smoothly even with everyone working from home. They do a fantastic job of training and bringing recruits up to speed, and then giving them legitimate work within the first few days. Overall I have had a great experience, and I highly recommend working for POWER.

      Cons

      The only con I had was with the type of work. Transmission Lines aren't my passion, and I didn't quite feel excited, challenged, or particularly interested in the work I was doing.

      Pros

      POWER Engineers was a great place to work. They respect everyone's opinions and always empower their employees.

      Cons

      Pay and benefits were good, but could have been slightly better. POWER does a good job of increasing pay for hard work more so than other employers I've seen. Work hard and you'll eventually get where you want with salary.
