Pros
Company is employee owned and thus nice and steady. Yes, they are conservative, but its for the long-term benefits of those who stick around. Very relaxed environment and getting more flexible with time. They've adapted well to COVID (got sent to WFH early and not planning to return for quite a while) in part because they were already updating systems to allow more remote work before this all happened. Offices has remained available for essential activities, even if "essential" involves getting away from family for a bit. Miss seeing my coworkers while stuck at home, but still interact regularly online and looking forward to getting back.
Cons
Salaries are based on performance, so sometimes start a bit low. Bonuses and promotions make up for that with high performers.
