Pros

There is a lot of trust given from the start. You are given ample & good guidance by more senior employs and you will jump into projects as soon as your first week is done (alas, training on the computer for the first few days). The company will likely send you to PLS CAD training out of city in your first year. Staff is very friendly and there is a culture of inclusion. Many leave early on Friday but for those who stick around, the fridge is stocked with beer for everyone to enjoy together.

Cons

You are in a cubicle 95% of the time. Also, decisions that require upper management can take longer to get answers on.

Pros

Flexible hours, employee owned, laid back culture, good work life balance

Cons

Criteria for career progression not always clear, culture seems to vary greatly from office to office (or manager to manager)
