      Pros

      For the most part, the people are great ... But it depends on your department / area manager who really sets the tone.

      Cons

      Can be really clique'ish ... Reminds you of high school - either you're really in (accepted) or you're definitely out. The area managers are always changing and in a state of flux. So there's never really any consistency - if you like constant change, then you'll like it here. But it doesn't bode well for performance evaluations because there's no longevity so you're constantly being evaluated by someone who doesn't know you or your work.
