      Good place to work if you are an older engineer looking to coast into retirement Relaxed Environment Good Benefits Flexible Schedule Hard to get fired

      Cons

      Lack of training Informal to a fault Older engineers will not help younger engineers Can go long periods of time without having billable work Not a good place to start a career as a young engineer

      Pros

      Work life balance was good and people were super nice. Work was interesting and meaningful

      Cons

      Not totally clear how you advance quickly. Its kind of expected that you drink the company KoolAid. Seemed very much the older white guy engineer kind of environment where you work for 40 years then retire. Not a young or energetic place.

      Pros

      Dress code is very relaxed. Hours can be flexible in our department. You can work remote. Most of the employees are pretty good people.

      Cons

      No structure in how our department runs projects. It's a just get it done type of place. They will put junior resources in charge of senior level tasks and then wonder why projects go over budget. When things go wrong there are a few PMs who will point fingers and talk about their resources to management or to other team members behind their backs.
