      A great place for a young single engineer

      Pros

      -great insurance package -get paid for overtime (unheard of for most engineers) -many skills to be learned

      Cons

      -promotions done through outside hires -workplace is of a “locker room” environment (frequent foul language, nearly all men, drinking in office) -must be willing to backstab to get ahead -major corporate decisions are made without notice to employees (entire business division sold, no one knew until after it happened)

      Pros

      The laid back atmosphere is refreshing in the consulting world. The work is mostly challenging although it can become repetitive. There is opportunity for vertical movement, in both technical and managerial capacities. Hourly pay instead of salary allows an employee to be rewarded for extra hours worked. Great benefits with adequate paid holidays, vacation, and sick time.

      Cons

      Workload can become intense at times due to project deadlines or personnel changes. Up until a few years ago, there was very poor management and communication that has slowly been improving. Salaries are usually less than competitors.

      Pros

      They treat you like an adult as in you don't clock in clock out, let you do your work without hovering over your shoulder.

      Cons

      None comes to mind. I hate how this apps makes you fill this in.
