      Pros

      Great company with "work hard, play hard" environment, interesting projects, only hires intelligent people making it a pleasure to work with everyone, overall salaries and benefits is competitive. Management really seems to care about all employees and is respected from all levels.

      Cons

      Seems like you need to get into the "Ol' Boys Club" to get some of the perks of the company.

      Pros

      Project Managers, etc. place value on the support staff. Compensation is fair for what is expected of the job role. Flexible schedule (although it might depend on your boss)

      Cons

      Support staff viewed as second-class (in relation to the engineers). Overtime is sometimes needed (and expected) in order to meet deadlines (due to the trickle-down effect of the workflow). Overall very satisfied.
