      Pros

      Top-rated energy industry engineering consulting firm is one whose team you're proud to be on. Internal politics are next to zero. Everyone works together as a team to reach our goals and make our clients happy. Long-term employees mentor newer ones and so the lessons learned are passed on to the next generation of employees. Good benefits are provided to all.

      Cons

      There is relatively low pay for folks lower on the totem pole and sometimes you put in a lot of OT.

      Pros

      Casual work environment with variety of projects. Lots of room to grow and be successful for those who want more than just a job.

      Cons

      Salaries are a bit low, and hours can be long at times (although you do get paid for them all). The company is also growing rather quickly which seems to be changing the environment a bit.

      Pros

      Awesome working environment, the management takes good care of the employees, and they have a solid business backlog and strong clientele.

      Cons

      Breaking thru into the upper managment is closely guarded. If you make it thru to stock ownership and into the "club," you'll have it made.
