      Great for learning experience. Poor salary and hint of favoritism

      Pros

      Gives ample opportunities to learn new projects. Got to dabble in various different aspects of power systems like protection, stability, grounding etc.

      Cons

      Give too much importance to internal processes which at times "dums down" one's creativity. Following processes is almost a pressure while performing the job and the "fun" aspect of learning something new is lost in trying to cope with the so called "quality" aspect.

      Pros

      Some of the people are real friendly. They generally care about you.

      Cons

      Watch out for management. Particularly shareholders as all they want to do is make sure they make money off of your hard work. I didn't trust anyone during my time there. There are a lot of better companies out there than this one. Don't waste your time on this company.

      Pros

      Great culture. Wonderful productive staff. Rewards productivity and innovation. Economically and environmentally sound and forward thinking. Promotes from within, and bottom-line driven. Solid support staff that are recognized for the important roles they play. Meaningful projects and production that employees can get behind.

      Cons

      If you don't want to adapt to production levels and be a part of a team environment then this isn't the place for you. (except that is obviously a Pro, not a Con)
