      I appreciate that the managers at POWER are pretty fair, and they fight for their employees, at least in my experience. In my previous position at this company, my supervisor fought to get me a wage increase twice after I passed my probation with the employment agency that originally got me the job. I'm very grateful, and when I changed positions to my current one as PMA, I got another wage increase due to my consistent work and I would say the kindness of my former comment and now current, supervisor.

      Cons

      Some of the positions, like my current one as project manager assistant, can definitely feel siled which can be a challenge if you like to be around people. But overall it is a great company to work for.
