      Pros

      Great culture and working atmosphere. Excellent company to begin an engineering career with fantastic benefits. Employee owned company that actually cares about its employees.

      Cons

      Deadlines can be a little tight sometimes, but you can expect this at any company that you will work for.

      Pros

      The laid back atmosphere is refreshing in the consulting world. The work is mostly challenging although it can become repetitive. There is opportunity for vertical movement, in both technical and managerial capacities. Hourly pay instead of salary allows an employee to be rewarded for extra hours worked. Great benefits with adequate paid holidays, vacation, and sick time.

      Cons

      Workload can become intense at times due to project deadlines or personnel changes. Up until a few years ago, there was very poor management and communication that has slowly been improving. Salaries are usually less than competitors.

      Good training opportunities, good 401k match, GREAT medical benefits, profit sharing. Opportunity for relocation throughout the US. Good comraderie between US offices.

      Cons

      Can get pigeon-holed in a job without advancing without going back to school for a particular field of study. Pay raises are annual but are minimal.
