      Culture, Diversity, Opportunity. I have nearly 25 years of experience in my field, I have never worked for a company that has set the standard so well as POWER Engineers. They truly value you as an individual on a personal level and put you in a position to succeed, I cannot say enough good things about what they bring to the table day in and day out. If you want to discuss a real work, life balance work environment with opportunity, POWER Engineers is your spot. Blessed

      Pros

      I started working at POWER right out of college and have had nothing but encouraging and positive experiences with my team. My team is patient and is always willing to help and has given me wonderful opportunities to learn on projects. The hybrid work schedule offers a great work-life balance.

      Cons

      Like any project based work, there can be lulls between projects. This offers a good opportunity to work on training in between projects.

      Pros

      I have been with POWER 20 years- the work is exciting, The opportunity for growth and moving up is there for everyone. They listen to your ideas. Good balance between work and family. Remote work available for most positions.

      Cons

      I haven't found a downside yet; that is why I am still here after 20 years and plan to retire from POWER in another 10-15 years.
