Pros

Overall, our culture is actually what it seems—we work hard, but we have fun doing it. It genuinely feels like most teams value their people and want to help them succeed. We have amazing health insurance (medical, vision, dental, plus coverage for gender-affirming care), as well as a 401(k) match and a paid day off for community service. The company's foundation donates to STEM education organizations that employees are involved in and care about.

Cons

POWER has an opportunity to improve in terms of DEI and ESG: committing to true investment in the programs while educating the company about what we mean by those terms and why they're important for our success.
