Pros

The people are great to work with. Opportunities are plentiful. They invest time and money in developing their employees and keeping technical skillsets sharp.

Cons

Health care max out of pocket went up a decent amount in the past year. I'd still consider it to be good, talking to friends that have similar or worse plans, but not stellar.
