      Everyone throughout the company is fairly laid back and has a good passion for the work they do. Always willing to help and encourage questions.

      Great Team to work with, very flexible compared to most companies, allows WFH and hybrid settings

      Cons

      Can be bureaucratic at times, some "pull back" from managers to avoid making mistakes. Overall it's not too bad though! Could use a bit more diversity. Lots of peer pressure to work more.
