The Hilo office is staffed with incredibly skilled and experienced senior engineers, whose mentorship I greatly valued. Their expertise significantly enhanced my professional growth and overall experience at the company.

I observed a recurring challenge with budget constraints throughout my engagement in various projects. Many projects tended to exceed their financial limits or were allocated minimal budgets to begin with. This situation often presents difficulties for new engineers, especially given the company's strong focus on maintaining budget discipline.
