      Pros

      flexible work schedule. They give you a company car to drive, but you have to pay for it out of you salary $125.00 month. :(

      Cons

      Low Pay compared to your competition, 45 hr work week excluding drive time. Great boss, Corp sucks. Saturday work schedule

      Pros

      Great benefits, company car, expense accounts, consisitent pay.

      Cons

      less than median pay, unattainable sales goals, cap on sales bonus, no matter how much or how well you do always demanding more. No consistence ever leadership with negativity and by fear of losing job.

      Pros

      Entrepreneurial feel to the job - no immediate management. You get to do what you think is right, plan your day/week and manage your territory.

      Cons

      Job has been "reclassified" from Exempt to Non-Exempt. You must account for every minute of a 45 hour work week. Up to 2 hours of non-paid drive time expected daily. Three personal/sick days annually. "Company car" lease payment deducted from your paycheck. Cell phone but no laptop provided.
