      Pros

      Get away as soon as you can and as far as you can. The upper management pretend to be blind to some managers behavior

      Cons

      The manager is a super rude person. She is acting as a queen in the department, in an intimidating way. She plays favoritism and has double standard. Her behavior is totally unpredictable. She screams down the hallway pretty much every day.

      Not a physical job. Other than that i do not have too many nice things to say about the money grubbing greedy company.

      Cons

      Management doesnt care about work/life balance. They think ppg is our life. No chance to move to another position. If safety comes in the way of production it is not important. Many many more. The annual raises are a joke
