Four weeks paid vacation after ten yrs.

Cons

little to no chance for advancement, HR not on site, major cuts resulting in terrible bonuses, used to have great insurance now coverage is not good. Poor work life balance, often asked to do more with a lot less due to personnel cuts. Management not willing to listen to concerns. In certain departments you are treated like a kindergartener.

Cons

The quotas seem very difficult to hit along with not getting much feedback on how to hit your quota. A little bit more guidance could really help.
