      Ok Benefits 3 weeks of vacation after probationary period Starting pay and plenty of OT if you like the extra hours Focused on employees happiness

      Cons

      Working long months in 10's or 12 hours Not enough employees to complete the work so they mandatory everyone to stay Employees don't respect each other due to small social groups that target other employees No surveillance on the floor and employees stand around talking and block aisles Employees feel entitled
