      Overall, great people to work with. Excellent products

      Prices are very cheap compared to competitors. Fewer locations compared to competitors. Not all locations stock the same products. Constantly using PIP as motivation for reps. Company direction was not made clear. Multiple product lines that are very similar which confuses customers as well as employees. Focusing on low price battles rather than quality and service. Minimal staff.
