      Pros

      They have great products, good long term job security, and are a vibrant, growing company. Their corporate brand is known world wide.

      Cons

      Their middle management is disconnected from there field level employees, the pay scale is below par, and they do not give true cost and profit information to the store and field level.

      Really great people inside the stores to work with

      Stores are dreadfully understaffed in most cases, in some, there is only one employee working every single day by themselves.

      Pros

      Great workers in the plant! Most functional groups get along and work well together. I've heard that other plants are good to work for.

      Cons

      Leadership is disjointed from production. Quality and Safety are second to production. Unattainable goals given by Leadership and employees held accountable anyway.
