      Decent company. Needs more innovation.

      Pros

      - 3 Weeks PTO to start. - Job wasn't too difficult.(mindless at times) - Only open until 5pm. - Only open until 12pm Saturdays. - Great products.

      Cons

      - Lack of leadership. - System constantly not functioning. - No innovation. No social media. No TV adverts. etc. - Wrong people in the wrong positions in Operation/Supervisor/Manager roles. - Higher ups expect numbers, but they don't give you the tools to get there. - Promises are not kept. Operations will tell you nice things and promise raises and advancements and just won't deliver on any. (even though we had "amazing numbers" last year,)

      The benefits, the attempt to be inclusive, and the networking capabilities are awesome.

      Far too many silos, hiring choices based upon who you know more than what you know, and complexities of acquiring competitive wages over time are drains.
