      Pros

      Easy day to day work (doesn’t know where they want to focus as a company)

      Cons

      Poor pay, horrible work benefits. They pay less to people they promote within and more to people coming from outside the company. Can say they really don’t care about their employees. Everyone works for themselves.

      Pros

      Can make good money and have a long career, but must fit in with the norm of the company. Ability to scheduling your own days/weeks and run your territory the way you'd like.

      Cons

      A very gossip-filled company. Make sure you stay on the right side of the wrong people, it is very cliquey. Your time will be bogged down with menial busy work. You must be willing to do your distributors jobs for them or else you won't have success.

      Car, Cell, and Star rewards program and feedback is well crafted but has room for improvement. Middle managers can be rough.

      Cons

      No raises. No big opportunity. Too many extra hours. Convoluted sales process. No team spirit. Confusing management. Strategy is weak and customers see it in prices.
