      Pros

      Salary, Benefits. Long running business with a good reputation.

      Cons

      Everything else. The project has a turnover worthy of a poorly managed Mcdonalds. Management just sent out an email that said "Happy Mother's Day, mandatory 12 hour days M-F until further notice." It's too late for me ...save yourself!!!!!!

      Great company to work for in the architectural coatings industry

      Pros

      Stellar training program for Territory Managers. Regional Managers offer solid support in the field. Company strives to be the best in its industry.

      Cons

      A lot of time on the road. Large territories make it difficult to stick to a 9 hour day in the field. Competitive salaries, but not the highest in the industry. Difficult to move up in the company without relocating.

      Pros

      You learn a lot about the architectural coatings industry and the products they carry really are superior to competitors brands. The benefits are also extremely good. Full medical and dental for your entire family.

      Cons

      Over the last 4 or 5 years, PPG has decreased salaries and as a result, there has Ben a ton of turnover inside the stores.
