Good company, too conservative

Pros

Willing to give you more responsibility if you work hard. Support advanced education if you show potential. Some good quality co-workers Good 401K and benefits.

Cons

Not very innovative, most new developments very slow or acquired through acquisition. Progress is not very quick. Some managers don’t fight for their department personnel. Poor managers not identified. State they are trying to incorporate green projects, but were unwilling to add recycling bins to plant because it wasn’t “cost effective”

Shame on you!!!!

Pros

After being a long term employee knowing that the new people will make exactly what you are there are not many positive things to say.

Cons

This company will take advantage of you every chance they get 40 required Saturday’s. 50 hour work weeks with 10 being required as overtime and your base salary not truly being what they hired you at unless you work the 50 hours. Major micro management, if you enjoy being watched over this is the company for you.

Pros

None! Do not recommend this job to anyone!

Cons

Everything! * No 401k company match for 5 years. * Under paid for a 45 hour work week including 30 Saturday's a year. Start at 34K a year. *Micromanaged * Company Car, but $125.00 a month is taken out of paycheck a month. * Work phone, but no social media allowed on it * When you leave company, even when putting in 2 weeks notice... immediately release you from your position. Will not pay out vacation you earned and will also not pay you last paycheck because they say they over paid you. Claim they do not tolerate retaliation, but they do it themselves. * Regional Managers are useless. Not leaders just overbearing micromanagers.
