      Pros

      Pretty easy job, low stress most of the time, make your own schedule, company car and phone

      Cons

      Pay is dirt cheap, I don't know what this company does with its profits certainly not pay its employees. No work life balance, you can make your daily scheduled but you must work Fridays and Saturdays at least 8 hour days year around. Leaves no time for workers to have with their families. Bonus plan is nothing to get excited about. Marketing does a poor job of getting our name out there and TMs are expected to achieve all the sales gains by them selves and when they don't no raise as all. Even if you hit your numbers, when I did j got a 2-3% raise those years but PPG says they give pay increases on performance??

      Pros

      Job stability, good benefits, plenty of perks if you're told about them.

      Cons

      Poor organization/communication. Was hired on, not trained, and asked to preform the job. Couldn't even be told by manager how to put my time in to be paid. Not told about perks that earn me money, understaffed to the point where I can't even use vacation days, I have to call off to use them. This might just be my site, but this is the poorest run operation I've been a part of, and I've dealt with the Post Office and Military. Absolutely ZERO advancement opportunities.

      Pros

      no pros at all, company provides car, you pay for it. Possibility for bonus, but management reserves the right to make changes at any time and they do, when it's time to pay out. Holidays? Nope can't have them if they fall on a weekend, sorry? Are you good at what you do? Do you overachieve on goals? So what, we don't care, you are easily replaced. Are you working to make a living to support yourself? Look else where, won't happen here. Do you live to work? This is the company for you!

      Cons

      this is the most horrible company I have ever worked for, no work/life balance, no compassion for employees, it's all about the $$$$. They can't do a thing right at store level, and the favorite phrase? It is what it is.
