Pros

Experience and travel. Most store managers are good people, it's hard to watch them be worked so hard though. It's easy to track how well your store is doing. Communication within the company is pretty good, except they make it seem as though they care when, by their actions, it's clear they do not.

Cons

Pay is bad, micro-management to the extreme, must travel or take jobs you don't want to stay employed, harassment in a male dominated field, absolutely no help when hurt on the job - workers compensation supplies the worst care and for only a few months even if your injury is long lasting. My list could go on, having this job was the biggest waste of my time. Wish I never took the job.

Pros

Flexible work hours Prestigious company in Pittsburgh

Cons

Very male-dominated culture. Few women in management positions. Stingy with vacation time. Little opportunity for advancement. People who are hired right out of college get preference in promotions and career advancement. If you join as an experienced hire you will have a much tougher time of it.
