      Sinking ship

      -former management -was a caring sbu

      Cons

      Basically a sinking ship. A once great business has been dismantled due to the new state of mind. The SBU carried the company and was the leader in the automotive aftermarket. Now, in a matter of months under new regime it is barely recognized as a leader and a laughable failure of how to destroy a business. If BASF figures out the distribution game…this group will be dead just like the architectural operations.

      Salary and 401k are market competitive Remote work / work from home

      Cons

      Siloed teams, individual mindset and no one wants to be accountable for anything. Throw it over the fence and point the finger. On top, poor processes - everything manual circa 1980 with horrible implementation of workday. Because of this you’re expected to work 24/7.

      Pros

      Good yearly bonuses. All dependent on how company performs, how each SBU performs, and you perform. Lots of room for progression, if the people in your team are not lifers and you have to wait for 12 years, or move across the country but get no additional pay.

      Cons

      Currently, the company is going through a lot of changes and suffering severe corporate turnover. This is due to a climate and culture that needs some work. This company has many shining lights but it seems to be dimmed by the old lamp shades that the owner refuses to change.
