      Pros

      Being on the road with the ability to set your own schedule. Strong team environment despite being spread out over a large region

      Cons

      Continued and expanding micromanaging. Upper management did not have a real feel for what the day to day operation really was. Management was more concerned with checking boxes than being a sales driving operation.

      Pros

      If you are young, ambitious and malleable, you will be advanced quickly. Pay and benefits are adequate but not above average. PPG is still a reputable name.

      Cons

      Management is poor. Managers are not equipped or supported in their roles. Decision making is short sighted. Resources are often not available. Company is systematically phasing out experienced workers. New global operating system is awful. Makes doing your job harder and slower but expectations and timelines have not changed. Overall company is out of touch with reality of day to day work and declining culture/environment.
