Pros

Steady decent work. Good hours and always an opportunity for over time. Great location for the Salem area and it's surrounding cities.Good benefits and salary. There are some opportunities to move up in the company.

Cons

12 hour shifts could be difficult for some people. Most glass processors start working on the night shift. Starting glass processor is a temporary position until the probation has passed. The probation is approximately three months.

Pros

Decent pay, paid vacation, quality people selling a quality professional product. I wouldn't use any other paint so why would I sell any other paint?

Cons

Depending on location, sometimes we can't get the product we need as quickly as our customers wood like it, and sometimes it's hard to assess the customs needs. Computer system isn't the most effecient and doesn't always connect to other stores

PPG has all of the tools to succeed, most of the employees are industry veterans, sales manager has real expectations.

Cons

There is a degree of disconnect between various facets of the company. It feels like a great deal of effort has been invested into systems and methods that are not efficient and lead to great frustration as opposed to producing bottom line results.
