      Pros

      Large organization with some developed structures that support employees. Good use of technology (at least I got Dell and Iphone, not Lenovo like some other places). Lots of training available for people who wish to pursue training.

      Cons

      Various organization functions act in self serving manner and against business and other functions interests, lack of alignment of various functions causes huge internal inefficiencies and employee frustration. Low pay causes large management turnover, costing more in the long run and causing instability
