      Pros

      Entrepreneurial feel to the job - no immediate management. You get to do what you think is right, plan your day/week and manage your territory.

      Cons

      Job has been "reclassified" from Exempt to Non-Exempt. You must account for every minute of a 45 hour work week. Up to 2 hours of non-paid drive time expected daily. Three personal/sick days annually. "Company car" lease payment deducted from your paycheck. Cell phone but no laptop provided.

      Pros

      Friendly coworkers, room for growth, flexible schedules, have access to plethora of knowledge. There is a sign that this company hires from within.

      Cons

      Negative feedback more often than positive feedback. Business hours that don't work across the board. Ideas that might proceed in one area of business must work in all areas which is not always true.

      Strong commitment to safety. Good stability in general. Decent respect for employees. Generally high level of professionalism at operational leadership level

      Cons

      No bench strength at the plant level. They equate understaffed with lean. Limited understanding of work/life balance. Highly political culture.
