We are never thanked for a job well done, and in fact are always talked down to and treated like children. We're only allowed to clock out when dismissed. We are used to scrub the production floor or to do tasks no-one else wants to do. Mandatory over-time is understandable at times but gets used far too much. Especially when most of the employees are willing to put in over-time voluntarily. There are also obvious favorites, that are allowed to do almost anything, such as chew gum, whereas, someone else may be written up for it. In other words, there's no consistency.
