Pros

Personal role was low stress and great co-workers. Not much else past that.

Cons

CEO is quick to berate you publicly, usually over minor issues. Everyone treads around him in fear and does their best to stay off his radar. Employees even avoid walking past him when they can. Company is run off a fear of being screamed at like a child and fired instead of an actual desire to do well. Some of the upper level management are clueless with things they've been doing for 10 years and stare at you like a deer in headlights when you explain simple things. Very slim upward mobility, so the company is more of a stepping stone. Health insurance costs quite a bit compared to some other firms. Company pushes hard on the culture, making you look like an outcast if you'd rather just keep the role strictly as a job instead of interacting with everyone at every event possible.

Pros

The only pro is that you have a stable pay check

Cons

This is actually one of the worst companies I’ve worked at, the higher ups are severely narcissistic and manipulative. This is not a company that values employees no matter how they want to spin it. There is in fact favoritism like everyone else says in the comments. Also as you can prob tell people are “forced” to write a decent review for every bad review that there is. It’s honestly not worth the trouble, the CEO and crew only care about themselves and who they deem as their faves. It’s really a toxic work environment, it’s so incredible how they’ve managed to make it this far. Intimidation tactics are also used disguised as jokes.
