Pros

Many of the people are lovely to work with. It’s a decent place to gain industry experience if you don’t have a lot. Nice maternity leave.

Cons

The CEO of the overarching company (Pride Global) is unstable and uses intimidation and scare tactics to “motivate” employees. There are also many rumors about potential inappropriate relationships he has with employees. There is clear nepotism and favoritism across the company. Leadership has made it clear that their goal is to move most jobs off-shore in the near future. Sales and recruiting commission structure is nearly impossible for employees to benefit from.

Employees are nice to work with and helpful.

Poor leadership and communication skills from higher ups. Policies were made up on the stop. Not a great working environment.
