Pros

Pride Global does take care of all the billing of the client and provide several benefits that you can purchase.

Cons

Pride Global has many divisions. As a consultant sent out to a client, I find the amount of contact from Pride Global is limited. When you request them to provide assistance between the Client Firm and the Consultant (you) they are not as reactive as one would hope. Benefits provided are all paid by consultant and are expensive. The out of pocket expenses required by the medical insurance company, even for the top tier plan that will cost you around 2.5k per month, seem high.

Alright company, not for the long term.

Pros

Personal role was low stress and great co-workers. Not much else past that.

Cons

CEO is quick to berate you publicly, usually over minor issues. Everyone treads around him in fear and does their best to stay off his radar. Employees even avoid walking past him when they can. Company is run off a fear of being screamed at like a child and fired instead of an actual desire to do well. Some of the upper level management are clueless with things they've been doing for 10 years and stare at you like a deer in headlights when you explain simple things. Very slim upward mobility, so the company is more of a stepping stone. Health insurance costs quite a bit compared to some other firms. Company pushes hard on the culture, making you look like an outcast if you'd rather just keep the role strictly as a job instead of interacting with everyone at every event possible.

Pros

Many of the people are lovely to work with. It’s a decent place to gain industry experience if you don’t have a lot. Nice maternity leave.

Cons

The CEO of the overarching company (Pride Global) is unstable and uses intimidation and scare tactics to “motivate” employees. There are also many rumors about potential inappropriate relationships he has with employees. There is clear nepotism and favoritism across the company. Leadership has made it clear that their goal is to move most jobs off-shore in the near future. Sales and recruiting commission structure is nearly impossible for employees to benefit from.
