Pros
Pride Global is comprised of very talented individuals that you can learn from on a daily basis. There is a lot of autonomy and the ability to pioneer new initiatives without getting your hand slapped. Throughout my time at Pride, I’ve seen growth, have always had a voice and had a wonderful experience when it came to maternity leave. Like most companies, we suffered losses and unfortunately saw a good number of individuals leave us. But, unlike some, we have already started rebuilding.
Cons
A lot of business arms, takes some time to learn to be able to speak intelligently around “what all we do.”
