In my case I have had the ability to work independently as long as I produced and was profitable. I have never been micromanaged which in my decades long experience in recruitment has been a breath of fresh air. I have one of the greatest teams to work with, with many people here for close to a decade. There is a defined company culture which has been developed over several years. You either accept it or not, but it has been tweaked across the years to have structure, which is very important. Genuinely I have had amazing team members both past and present. There have been implemented means for success such as our LMS and Talent Engagement team, and I am certain great things are to come from this firm I have been apart of for many years.

-Great environment. The best way to describe the people I've met here is a unique blend of positivity with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. People do in fact work hard and play hard. -Plenty of opportunity to learn and grow. Lots of opportunity for exposure to many facets of the staffing industry. People are open to speaking about their roles and plenty of structured learning sessions are offered in person and online. -Open office design contributes a lot to the collaborative environment.
