Not worth the effort

Pros

Pay is very competitive. The initial offer will sound promising, but none of those are actually what you get when you're already with Pride. The benefits are quite ok- would think there could have been better ones offered for the hours you worked,

Cons

This company has no heart. The management is filled with ego-centric men that care nothing but making the business work. The employees come in last, and with no regard for human safety/health. Management here loves to feed on each other's ego, with little to no care to their resources. Beware, they want robots here-not people.

Believe the bad reviews here at Glassdoor.

Pros

People. It's as simple as that. People have to develop strong qualities to withstand the psychological pressure encouraged by the US leadership.

Cons

1. Believe the bad reviews on Glassdoor. The 5-star reviews here are probably influenced (I would even go so far as to say that they were requested) by the CEO, or were probably made by his special circle. And even in this circle, people aren't protected, as everything can change according to the CEO's mood. 2. Of all the reviews here, the ones that come closest to reality are the 1-star reviews. 3. Nothing beats location. If you're not physically close to the CEO, no matter how hard you work, you'll probably never get a salary that matches your efforts. 4. One more opinion among many here: the CEO is a NARCISIST. He loves his Monday morning meeting, where more than once I've seen him humiliate people. 5. The CEO encourages what he calls the Politics of Fear: leading people based on fear. As you may have noticed here, many of the problems revolve around this top management, which functions almost like the Monarchy. These are backward ideologies, and in fact the company's minority certifications are almost a make-up.

Pros

Competitive Salary. that's it. that's the only pros to this company

Cons

-managers would want you to work even when your on leave. -process is messy -trainers don't have any respect of any individuals time - It was hard asking for an approval for a work from home set up when needed. - managers would humiliate someone in front of the team if there was a minor mistake that was made.
