      The atmosphere is okay for entry-level recruiters. Not a great place for more seasoned recruiters. Great people to work with.

      Always changing directions and too many side projects. No real outline of how to make commissions.

      You will meet incredible people and the office is beautiful. Happy hours are cool too.

      If you also see positive reviews on here, know that this was also done in an insincere and facetious way. The company is rapidly growing but know that the high turnover rate is reflective of the CEO's priorities at any given moment in time (which always changes). From the outside, there are a lot of perks coming in. However, for most, the longer you stay, the more your perks will be stripped away from you unless you reach incredibly high and unrealistic benchmarks but even then it is not guaranteed. Your bonus is based on how favorable you are to him. Also know that there is truth to all the negative reviews on here. Do your homework, and know what you’re getting into.
