      Nice office, leadership “purple belts and orange” are actual strong leaders but cater to the CEO insanity.

      Cons

      CEO forrced all the employees back into the office after two months of being remote. Has absolutely zero regard for human life or safety. He clearly does not trust his employees to do their job without babysitting them. He has a painting of HIMSELF as napoleon above his desk on the first floor. Total egomaniac. The guy thats right underneath him needs to be the CEO because he’s actually a normal person and cares about others. CEO’s old washed up way of thought will prevent this company from keeping the good people they hire that just go to better companies with normal culture. The culture is a popularity contest. They have more employees in India now than in the US because the CEO is too cheap to pay for American talent. Bottom line this place sucks. Dont work here. Until the CEO retires it will never get better. God help the current employees.
