There are some great individuals who work here but anyone who is great doesn't last long

Cons

Where to begin - all the problems in the company come from the top. The CEO has been forcing workers back into the office since June 2020 in the middle of the pandemic. Those who didn't feel comfortable returning were fired. This place is a revolving door with turnover - the CEO/"Purple Belts" view their employees as extremely disposable and the second you realize how messed up this place is you're fired or let go. The CEO is a narcissist that genuinely enjoys firing his employees. You will not be treated with respect here.

There are none. I absolutely love it here and never ever want to work anywhere else! Employees are treated incredibly well!

Leadership wants to ensure that you are happy in your role and motivated to come to work. We are provided with multiple opportunities to get involved in the company beyond just your job - there are so many initiatives and ways to make a profound impact. Such a strong emphasis is placed on cultural advancement and making sure we are promoting our values first. Everyone has equal opportunity for promotion within our culture.
