Pros

Decent pay Some leadership are still servant leaders. Safety is number 1 above all. CEO is a great guy and is willing to help all.

Cons

Some of the new leaders brought in do not practice the servant leadership. That PSC was built on. If you are not apart of the “group” then it is hard to move up.

Work life balance. Dupont schedule is amazing. This is highly personal preference though.

Cons

Supervisors are "company men" to their core. When asked about raises, we are told "I don't know anywhere else where in a 12 hour shift, you do maybe 6 hours of work, and still get paid for 12 hours." In other words "stop complaining and be greatful for what we give you." There are guys here who have gone 2 years without a raise. Like, period. No cost of living raise, no annual raise, NOTHING.
