      Pros

      People working there feel very relax. Because they have good benefit and good compensation, it all because they are the power company.

      Cons

      The manager did not tell you the truth while hiring a temp contractor worker, at the beginning manager tell you that you have chances to be get hired after the contractor expire, but the reality is that they have already hired some one else for this position. They are just a lie. After I have worked so hard for the financial service department, then they kick you off without any appreciation.

      The company has good work life balance and pays well.

      Cons

      The people are disrespectful and they do not know how to treat people well. The glass ceiling is very thick and the health care benefits are not good compared to other companies. The company is also very slow to change and very behind in technology.
