      Pros

      The place use to have very smart and hard working people, Collaborative Environment.

      Cons

      Where do I start: - CEO clearly lacks a vision for the compnay. He mainly cares about cashing and selling stocks, or signing autographs for his HBR articles - CFO came with the vision of laying off a lot people to save money - No real culture - No innovation in PLM and CAD (Core Products the company) since they are underfunded, with no one is left to fix bugs. - Acquisitions in the last 10 years destroyed so much values and good companies ( e.g. Arbortext)

      I worked there for over 2 years and what I liked about it was the people.

      Cons

      PTC isn't what it used to be. They seemed to start caring less and less about their employees and maintaining their collaborative and inclusive environment and more about their bottom line.
