      Used to be great company to work with. Flexible travel plans. Great benefits.

      Cons

      Too many changes taking place within the organization. Too many manager changes within a span for 2 years. Makes it difficult to build good working relationship with manager. Pay is not upto market level

      Pros

      -Onsite Gym -Near cutler park and great for a run during lunch -Option to work from home -Tuition Reimbursement up to $5,000 -Good hours depending on the manager

      Cons

      -Benefits were awful. Vision was not covered in the health insurance. -No bonus or raises. -Highly political environment. Everyone covers themselves for fear of retaliation or job security. -Very bureaucratic, takes a while to get things done. -No opportunity for career advancement. -Layoffs frequent.
