Pros

I recall reading once where a manager asks 'what if we train all our people and they decide to leave?' to which the response was; 'what if we don't and they stay? ' This company really does a heck of a lot to invest in their people. You will have access to some of the best training and experts in the industry....any industry really. While I decided to leave this company due to differences in philosophy, I walked away with the full recognition and acknowledgment that I probably learned more in my years with them than all my years in college.

Cons

They hire a lot of great talent right out of college who are bright and eager but also lack experience;relative experience in some areas. When they are right out of college they are very coachable but sometimes lack ability to be self thinkers. This can lead to culture of "yes men". If there is a culture of yes men in one unit, it often ostracized those who voiced different opinions that were based on their relevant experience.

Pros

Free snacks however at the cost of your soul - unlimited PTO however you'll never get approved for time off.

Cons

PURE cares very much about its reputation and would do anything to protect it. While I am a little scared to write this review, the truth should be told. This is a company that has a cult-ish vibe to it. The recruiting tactics borderline harassment. While being vetted, HR talks of the unique company culture. While the Snapple and soda is nice, it's not exactly innovative. The price you'll pay for those Snapple and Kind bars is by way of selling yourself out, being the subservient worker they want, meeting management's every need in an overly perfect manner. They expect the employees to be obedient like a robot. Be prepared to be devoid of emotion and thought if this review is not adhered to. There is no work life balance at PURE, your life will be only to serve the need of the company.
